Return and Refund Policy
The Chlorella Company accepts returns of unexpired, unopened, and sealed products within 30 days of original ship date for orders placed directly with the Chlorella Company website. All returns require prior authorization. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns for these orders must be handled through the original point of purchase and are subject to that seller’s return policy.
How to Initiate a Return (Eligible Orders Only)
If your order was placed through chlorella.com or directly with our team, please contact Customer Service to request return authorization.
Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
Wholesale Orders
This return policy does not apply to distributor or wholesale orders.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be approved.
Refused, Lost, or Undeliverable Shipments
The Chlorella Company is not responsible for refused, lost, or undeliverable shipments.
These shipments are not considered authorized returns and are not eligible for refund.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to an error on our part, including but not limited to:

Incorrect item shipped

Product damaged or defective upon arrival
Refunds
Once the authorized return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original form of payment, less any applicable restocking fee.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at the discretion of The Chlorella Company.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Right to Limit Returns
The Chlorella Company reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return activity.
