Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays).

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Methods

We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping provider.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once your order has left our facility.


Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You may use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment’s delivery status.
